ZATUC – Zanzibar Trade Union Congress
ZATUC is the sole Trade Union National Centre established in 2002 under the Trade Union Act No. 4 of 2001. The organization serves its affiliates by defending and protecting workers’ rights, improving working conditions, and strengthening social dialogue.
The federation works together with its affiliates to organize workers, defend employment rights, and promote fair labour standards across different sectors in Zanzibar.
